Is your Machine Really BIG-PLUS?
The BIG-PLUS Spindle System offers simultaneous dual contact between the machine spindle face and toolholder flange face, as well as the machine spindle taper and long toolholder taper shank.
We are the innovator of the BIG-PLUS spindle system and supplier of the original gauges to machine tool builders and spindle manufacturers all over the world. As of today, over 200 companies offer the BIG-PLUS spindle machines with our gauges.
Our BIG-PLUS tool holder series are produced with very tight tolerance to fit the BIG-PLUS spindle and maximize the machine performance. All tool holders have a serial number as a proof of the dual contact tool and guarantee you to help your productivity.
By having all tolerances strictly controlled by high tolerance gauges and measuring equipment, simultaneous dual contact of the face and taper is thus assured. This larger contact diameter to the spindle flange face area which the BIG-PLUS System provides results in remarkable improvement to rigidity and performance.
"BIG-PLUS” is the only guaranteed double contact tool for BIG-PLUS spindle.
